California Contemporary is a new build where Florida fun meets Napa Valley. From the courtyard pool to the wine staircase, this house is great for Sunday Fun Day. It displays a full outdoor renovation with beautiful stonework by RLH as well as a privacy wall around the outdoor living space and pool. Inside, there is a fully custom wine wall that sits below the new staircase as well as the addition of a custom dog washing station.
