Modern Elegance is custom home build with level 5 dry wall finish. Every detail of this home is a reflection of it’s owners and their style. This home is completely custom from the champagne cooler, wine wall, climate controlled wine room & cocktail lounge. Each glamorous bathroom has its own unique design with custom lighting behind each mirror. The oversized master bath boasts luxury details and overlooks the pool and outdoor living space along with the large walk in closet and master bedroom making this the perfect complete master suite. The upper landing and full glass railings adds to the open space living throughout the home. The home has a full gym that overlooks the backyard which has a fully equipped outdoor living space, pool and cabana.

Custom new build nestled on Lake Tuscany. This project has coastal contemporary vibes with modern elements. The project is completed with a new metal roof.
